how much will it cost?

Approximately £350 to £380 per square metre for 70mm logs, depending on euro exchange rate. Approximately 10% extra for 92mm logs.

Mountain lodge 2 (80 square metres) was built in 2006.

Cost of kit

The cost will vary depending on the spec: 92mm logs or 70mm, whether you have a strip foundation or pillars or if the internal walls are logs or framed partition; mountain lodge 2 (80m² and 92mm logs) has a mixture of framed and log walls internally and is on pillar foundation and costs approx £28000
